Friends of the Ortonville Public Library
What is the Friends of the Ortonville Public Library?
The Friends of the Ortonville Public Library is a non-profit group dedicated to promoting the services and needs of the library.
What does the group do?
In the last year or so, the Friends group has:
Purchased 2 tables and 20 child-sized chairs for the storytime program.
Reframed and displayed the Roland Reed photographs at the library.
Sponsored the used book sale at the Big Stone County Fair.  The proceeds were used to buy large print books for the library.
Started a program to give a board book to each baby born a the Ortonville Hospital.
Organized a float for the CornFest parade.
If I want to be a member, what do I have to do?
The annual dues are $10.00.  Other than that, you may be asked to main the booth at the fair for a couple hours or help blow up balloons.  We'd love to have you join!
Donations are tax-deductible.

Please contact the Library at 320/839-2494 if you have any questions.
