RESOLUTION ADOPTING ORDINANCE 00-08 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that Ordinance 00-08 an ordinance amending the City of Ortonville Zoning Ordinance is hereby adopted as follows:

ORDINANCE NO. 00-08

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY OF ORTONVILLE

ORDINANCE 96-603 ZONING ORDINANCE TO ALLOW ADDITIONAL PERMITTED USES IN THE MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT

The Council of the City of Ortonville ordains that the Zoning Ordinance 96-603 Section 5, R-1 Low Density Residential District, Subdivision 3 entitled Permitted Uses be and is hereby amended to include the following:

F. Churches, parish houses, convents, child nurseries.

And further amended to remove the following from said Section, Subdivision 4 entitled Conditional Uses:

C. Churches.

Effective Date. This Ordinance will become effective upon passage and publication.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: all present, and the following voted nay: none.

Resolution 00-141 passed this 2^nd day of October 2000.
