Gustafson moved and Reinke seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that the Strege Auto Parts site cleanup project pay request from Nova Consulting for invoice number 007400 in the amount of $60,049.93 is hereby authorized for payment and further that the Clerk/Administrator is directed to request funds for said pay request from the Department of Trade and Economic Development.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Ellingson, Oakes, Gustafson, Dinnel, Reinke, and the following voted nay: none.

Resolution 00-143 passed this 2^nd day of October 2000.
