Gustafson moved and Reinke seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that the Lundell Avenue project final pay request in the amount of $2,666.48 to B.G. Amundson Construction, Inc. is hereby approved for payment from budgeted funds.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Ellingson, Oakes, Gustafson, Dinnel, Reinke, and the following voted nay: none.

Resolution 00-146 passed this 2nd day of October 2000.
