Gustafson moved and Reinke seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that the Upper Minnesota Valley Regional Development Commission ("UMVRDC") is hereby requested to assist the City of Ortonville ("City") in preparing a Grant Revision Request as listed on a form on file at the City of Ortonville and further that the Mayor and Clerk/Administrator are hereby authorized to execute the necessary documents.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Gustafson, Ellingson, Dinnel, Reinke, Oakes, and the following voted nay: none.
