Reinke moved and Oakes seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that the agreement with Nova Consulting for Phase II investigative and analytical services of the Hwy 12 salvage yard site is hereby approved pending approval by the Upper Minnesota Valley Regional Development Commission and the Minnesota Department of Trade and Economic Development and further that the Mayor and Clerk/Administrator are hereby authorized to execute the necessary documents.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Gustafson, Ellingson, Dinnel, Reinke, Oakes, and the following voted nay: none.

Resolution 00-149 passed this 2^nd day of October 2000.
