Ellingson moved and Dinnel seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville that $10,000 be hereby approved for the Southwest Minnesota Funds TNT Project with funds coming from Council Discretionary fund and further that the Mayor and Clerk-Administrator are hereby authorized to sign necessary documents for said project.

Upon roll call vote the following voted in favor: all present, and the following voted against: none.

Resolution 00-150 passed this 2^nd day of October 2000.
