Ellingson moved and Dinnel seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Ortonville ("Council") had previously solicited quotes for certain repairs to the hangar doors at the Municipal Airport ("Project"), and

WHEREAS, Project quotes have now been received and reviewed by the Council, and

WHEREAS, the quote of Schweiss Bi-fold doors, Fairfax, MN ("Schweiss") in the amount of $10,289.00 has been determined by the Council to be the lowest responsible quote for the Project.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council that:

1. The quote of Schweiss is hereby accepted.

1. That the Mayor and Clerk-Administrator be and are hereby authorized to execute necessary documents for Project.

 

2. Airport manager shall submit request for reimbursement for Project to appropriate state agencies.

 

3. Project is approval is contingent upon state cost share approval.

 

4. Project is to include certain warranty repairs and alterations to a Schweiss hangar door previously installed.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: all present, and the following voted nay: none.

Resolution 00-152 passed this 23^rd day of October 2000.
