Dinnel moved and Gustafson seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that the Hwy 75 project pay request #2 to Quam Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $8,299.96 is hereby authorized for payment and further that the Clerk/Administrator is directed to request funds for said pay request from the Department of Trade and Economic Development.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Ellingson, Oakes, Gustafson, Dinnel, Reinke, Dorry, and the following voted nay: none.

Resolution 00-154 passed this 23^rd day of October 2000.
