Dinnel moved and Gustafson seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that the Water Tower project pay request #8 in the amount of 18,200.00 is hereby authorized for payment and further that the Clerk/Administrator is directed to request funds for said pay request from the Department of Trade and Economic Development.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Ellingson, Oakes, Gustafson, Dinnel, Dorry, Reinke, and the following voted nay: none.
