Dinnel moved and Gustafson seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that Nova Consulting Group, Inc. invoice #008205 in the amount of $9,405.67 is hereby approved and further that the Clerk-Administrator is hereby instructed to forward said invoice to the Upper Minnesota Valley Regional Development Commission for payment from DTED grant funds.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Dorry, Gustafson, Ellingson, Dinnel, Reinke, Oakes, and the following voted nay: none.

Resolution 00-156 passed this 23^rd day of October 2000.
