Dinnel moved and Gustafson seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that the grant revision prepared by the Upper Minnesota Valley Regional Development Commission ("UMVRDC") to assist the City of Ortonville ("City") in cleaning up the former Strege Auto site and as is on file at the City of Ortonville is hereby approved and further that the Mayor and Clerk/Administrator are hereby authorized to execute the necessary documents.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Gustafson, Ellingson, Dinnel, Reinke, Oakes, Dorry, and the following voted nay: none.

Resolution 00-158 passed this 23^rd day of October 2000.
