Reinke moved and Oakes seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that a payment in the amount of $66,150.00 for the cleanup of the former Strege Auto site ("Contract") be hereby approved for payment to Ronglien Excavating and further that:

1. Contract shall be amended to allow partial payment
2. Said payment shall be made from approved grant funds administered by the Upper Minnesota Valley Regional Development Commission ("UMVRDC")
3. That the Clerk-Administrator is hereby directed to forward necessary documentation to the UMVRDC for payment of approved amounts.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Ellingson, Dinnel, Oakes, Reinke, Dorry, Gustafson, and the following voted nay: none.
