Ellingson moved and Gustafson seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that the contract with Missouri River Energy Services for maintenance of the City’s electrical distribution system is hereby approved and further that the Mayor and Clerk/Administrator are hereby authorized to execute the necessary documents.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Gustafson, Ellingson, Reinke, Oakes, and the following voted nay: Dinnel, Dorry.

Resolution 00-161 passed this 23^rd day of October 2000.
