Dinnel moved and Gustafson seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that the Hwy 7 project pay request #4 in the amount of $216,494.53 is hereby approved and ordered paid and further that said payment shall come from budgeted project funds.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Oakes, Dinnel, Reinke, Gustafson, and the following voted nay: none.

Resolution 00-164 passed this 6^th day of November 2000.
