Dinnel moved and Gustafson seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that the Hwy 75 project pay request #3 to Quam Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $38,017.10 is hereby authorized for payment and further that the Clerk/Administrator is directed to request funds for said pay request from the Department of Trade and Economic Development.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Oakes, Gustafson, Dinnel, Reinke, and the following voted nay: none.

Resolution 00-166 passed this 6^th day of November 2000.
