Reinke moved and Gustafson seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that the architectural firm of Zuber Baker Architects, Inc. is hereby approved to design and prepare plans and specifications for the remodeling project at the municipal golf course clubhouse with cost of said design work not to exceed $10,000 and cost of said design work to be paid from Golf Course budgeted funds and further that the Mayor and Clerk/Administrator are hereby authorized to execute the necessary documents.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Gustafson, Oakes, Reinke, Dinnel, and the following voted nay: none.

Resolution 00-167 passed this 6^th day of November 2000.
