Gustafson moved and Oakes seconded that the following resolution be adopted: RESOLUTION 00-173 RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT FOR ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES WITH UPPER MINNESOTA VALLEY REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that the Contract For Administrative Services between the City of Ortonville and Upper Minnesota River Valley Regional Development Commission is hereby amended as follows: AMENDMENT: I. CONTRACT TERM Due to the extension of the Small Cities Development Program grant extension FLOD-97-0022-W-FY97, the contract term between the City of Ortonville and the Upper Minnesota Valley Regional Development Commission has also been extended. The contract term is as follows: The term of this agreement is from April 8, 1997 through September 30, 2001 contingent upon the availability of funds. Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Gustafson, Ellingson, Reinke, Oakes, and the following voted nay: none. Resolution 00-173 passed this 21st day of November 2000. APPROVED:
