Gustafson moved and Oakes seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that the 1^st Street project pay request #1 in the amount of $248,318.00 is hereby approved and ordered paid and further that said payment shall come from budgeted project funds.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Ellingson, Oakes, Reinke, Gustafson, and the following voted nay: none.

Resolution 00-174 passed this 21^st day of November 2000.
