Ellingson moved and Reinke seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that a payment in the amount of $4,725.00 for the cleanup of the former Strege Auto site ("Contract") is hereby approved for payment to Ronglien Excavating and further that:

1. Said payment shall be made from approved grant funds administered by the Upper Minnesota Valley Regional Development Commission ("UMVRDC")
2. That the Clerk-Administrator is hereby directed to forward necessary documentation to the UMVRDC for payment of approved amounts.
3. That said payment shall be considered payment in full for said Contract.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Ellingson, Oakes, Reinke, Gustafson, and the following voted nay: none.

Resolution 00-177 passed this 21^st day of November 2000.
