Ellingson moved and Reinke seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that the minimum heat utilities for the west hangar of the municipal airport shall be provided by the City and further that the $25 monthly charge to the airport manager is hereby rescinded.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Dorry, Ellingson, Dinnel, Reinke, Oakes, and the following voted nay: none.

Resolution 00-181 passed this 4^th day of December 2000.
