Upon proper public notice, Mayor Ellingson called the special meeting of the Ortonville City Council to order at 5:05 p.m. Roll call was taken and the following were present: David Dinnel, Dan Oakes, Mary Gustafson, Mel Reinke, and the following were absent: Bill Hynnek, Mike Dorry.

City Staff Present: Roman Taffe, Roy Bailey, Paul Tinklenberg, Dave McLaughlin.

Media Present: None.

Others Present: Terry Gere, Melanie Wiegman, Beth Mueller, Blair Johnson, Scott Jorgenson.

Council discussed Golf Course clubhouse remodeling project and required sewer line repairs. Dinnel moved and Gustafson seconded and the motion passed unanimously authorizing the Golf Board to solicit quotes for certain repairs to the clubhouse sewer line.

Consensus of the Council was to authorize Golf Board to recommend an architect for the remodeling plan.

There being no further business to come before the Council, Dinnel moved and Gustafson seconded and the motion passed unanimously adjourning the October 30, 2000 special meeting of the Ortonville City Council at 6:03 p.m.
