Upon due notice, Mayor Ellingson called the special meeting of the Ortonville City Council to order at 5:02 p.m. Roll call was taken and the following were present: Lisa Berkner, Mike Dorry, Mary Gustafson, Dave Dinnel, Mel Reinke, and Dan Oakes (arrived 5:13), and the following were absent: none.

City Staff Present: Roman Taffe.

Media Present: None.

Others Present: Terry Gere, Blair Johnson, Scott Hoeke, Jon Hanson.

Oakes moved and Gustafson seconded that a resolution be adopted Awarding Golf Clubhouse Remodel Construction Bid (RES 01-016). With all members voting in favor, the motion carried.

Dinnel moved and Reinke seconded that a resolution be adopted Awarding Golf Clubhouse Remodel Equipment Bid (RES 01-017). With Ellingson, Oakes, Gustafson, Dinnel, Reinke, Berkner voting in favor, and Dorry voting against, the motion carried 6-1.

Reinke moved and Gustafson seconded and that a resolution be adopted Approving Parking Violation Fee Schedule (RES 01-015). With all members voting in favor, the motion carried.

There being no further business to come before the Council, Oakes moved and Berkner seconded and the motion passed unanimously adjourning the February 8, 2001 special meeting of the Ortonville City Council at 5:41 p.m.
