Upon proper public notice, Mayor Ellingson called the special meeting of the Ortonville City Council to order at 5:05 p.m. Roll call was taken and the following were present: Mel Reinke, David Dinnel, Dan Oakes, and the following were absent: Bill Hynnek, Mike Dorry, Mary Gustafson.

City Staff Present: Roman Taffe.

Media Present: Julie Ann Gruber.

Others Present: none.

Council discussed Hwy 7 project pay request #2 from Quam Construction. Reinke moved and Oakes seconded that a resolution be adopted Approving Hwy 7 Project Pay Request #2 (RES 00-139). With all members voting in favor, the motion carried.

There being no further business to come before the Council, Dinnel moved and Ellingson seconded and the motion passed unanimously adjourning the September 25, 2000 special meeting of the Ortonville City Council at 5:06 p.m.
