COUNCIL CHAMBERS
CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL:
Mayor Dinnel called the reconvened
April 21, 2003 regular meeting of the Ortonville City Council back into
session at 1:00 P.M. Roll call was taken with the following being
present: Mel Reinke, Lenore Sellin, Mike Dorry, Dan Oakes, Lisa Berkner
with the following absent: Artie Arndt. City Staff Present: Char
Grossman, David McLaughlin. Media present: Beth Fuller. Others Present:
Greg Peterson, Dianne Radermacher, Ben Schmidt, Darrel Farr, Brent
Christiansen.
The Property Management Agreement,
Design-Build Agreement and the Project Development Agreement were reviewed
and adjustments were made.
ADJOURNMENT:
Dinnel adjourned the meeting until
5:30 P.M. on April 29, 2003 in the council chambers for the approval of
the sale of the bonds.
