CALL TO
ORDER AND ROLL CALL:
Mayor Blair
Johnson called the Special Meeting of the Ortonville City Council to order
at 6:00 P.M. Roll Call was taken with the following Present: Mayor Blair
Johnson, Craig Randleman, Steve Berkner, Mike Dorry, Bob Meyer, John
Cunningham, Nick Anderson. Staff Present: City Administrator David Lang.
Media Present: Mike Swenson (Ortonville Independent). Others
Present: OAHS Administrator Rick Ash and OAHS Board Members Marilyn
Lindahl and Mary Ann Ulrich, Carolyn Drude and Brian Reilly of Ehlers and
Associates Inc., and other interested citizens.
2. Consider and Approve OAHS
Building Program Financing Process
Motion
by Cunningham, second by Randleman to Approve
OAHS Building Program Financing Process. Discussion and
questions followed regarding this Ehlers handout.

by Dorry, second by Cunningham to adopt
Request for Proposal (RFP) Format for Selection of an Underwriter.

Appoint a Selection Committee for the Underwriter
Selection Process

by Cunningham, second by Berkner to appoint
Johnson and Randleman as City
Council representatives to the Selection
