CALL TO
ORDER AND ROLL CALL:
Mayor Blair
Johnson called the Workshop Meeting of the Ortonville City Council to
order at 6:30 P.M. Roll Call was taken with the following Present: Mayor
Johnson, Nick Anderson, Craig Randleman, Steve Berkner, Bob Meyer, John
Cunningham, and Mike Dorry. Staff Present: City Administrator, David Lang.
Others Present: OAHS Administrator Rick Ash, OAHS Financial Officer Jim
Foster, OAHS Board Members Bill Thyne, Ron, Thomas, Mary Ann Ulrich,
Marilyn Lindahl.
Discussion: Offers for the Purchase
of Personal Property
Mayor
Johnson announced that the Council would be going into a Closed Workshop
Meeting for the purpose of discussing negotiations for the purchase of
personal property from Northside Medical Clinic.
The Closed
Workshop was adjourned at 7:00 PM
Adjournment:
Mayor Johnson adjourned the regular
portion of the Workshop by consensus at 7:02 PM.
