Oakes moved and Sellin seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

RESOLUTION 02-003

RESOLUTION APPROVING NOVA CONSULTING

INVOICE #019086

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that Nova Consulting Group, Inc. invoice #019086 in the amount of $1,685.00 is hereby approved and further that the Clerk-Administrator is hereby instructed to forward said invoice to the Upper Minnesota Valley Regional Development Commission for payment from DTED grant funds.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Dorry, Berkner, Reinke, Oakes, Dinnel, Arndt, Sellin and the following voted nay: none.

Resolution 02-003 passed this 7^th day of January 2002.
