Mayor Dinnel introduced the follow­ing resolution and moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION 02-004

RESOLUTION APPROVING ANNUAL APPOINTMENTS

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that the following annual appointments are hereby approved:

            City Attorney – Fluegel, Helseth, McLaughlin, Anderson & Brutlag, Chartered

Official Newspaper – Ortonville Independent

            Official Radio Station – KDIO Radio

            President Pro Tem – Dan Oakes

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing reso­lution was duly seconded by member Reinke and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Berkner, Oakes, Reinke, Dinnel, Arndt, Sellin, and the following voted against the same: Dorry.

Whereupon said resolution 02-004 was declared duly passed and adopted.
