Reinke moved and Oakes seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

RESOLUTION 02-005

RESOLUTION APPROVING DNR MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that the agreement for Mutual Aid between the City of Ortonville Fire Department (CITY) and the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for fire fighting services on certain DNR controlled land is hereby approved and further that the Mayor and/or Clerk-Administrator are hereby authorized to execute necessary documents.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Berkner, Reinke, Oakes, Arndt, Sellin and the following voted nay: none.

Resolution 02-005 passed this 22^nd day of January 2002.
