Reinke moved and Berkner seconded that the following resolution be adopted:
RESOLUTION 02-006 RESOLUTION APPROVING H & W CONTRACTING, LLC PAY REQUEST #3 FOR PENINSULA PROJECT
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that H & W Contracting, LLC pay request #3 in the amount of $9,849.60 is hereby approved and further that the Clerk-Administrator is hereby instructed to forward said invoice to the Upper Minnesota Valley Regional Development Commission for payment from DTED grant funds.
Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Arndt, Sellin, Reinke, Oakes, Berkner, and the following voted nay: none.
Resolution 02-006 passed this 22nd day of January 2002.
