Reinke moved and Berkner seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

RESOLUTION 02-008

RESOLUTION APPROVING AIRPORT AGREEMENT

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that the agreement with Todd Verheul for the maintenance of the Ortonville Airport is hereby approved for renewal and further that the Mayor and Clerk-Administrator are hereby authorized to sign said agreement.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Oakes, Reinke, Berkner, Sellin, Arndt, and the following voted nay: none.

Resolution 02-008 passed this 22^nd day of January 2002.
