Reinke moved and Sellin seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

RESOLUTION 02-122

RESOLUTION APPROVING PRAIRIE FIVE MEALSITE AGREEMENT

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that the 2003 Prairie Five Mealsite Agreement is hereby approved with the addition of Veteran’s Day, President’s Day, Martin Luther King Day and the day after Thanksgiving and that the Mayor and Clerk-Administrator are hereby authorized to sign necessary documents for said agreement.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Oakes, Sellin, Reinke, Berkner, Arndt, Dinnel, Dorry and the following voted nay: none.

Resolution 02-122 passed this 2nd day of December 2002.
