Berkner moved and Oakes seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

RESOLUTION 02-123

RESOLUTION APPROVING WAPA ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, the agreement with Western Area Power Administration and City of Ortonville, Minnesota is hereby approved in substantially the form presented.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk-Administrator shall be, and each of them hereby is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of City of Ortonville, Minnesota.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Oakes, Sellin, Reinke, Berkner, Arndt, Dinnel, Dorry and the following voted nay: none.

Resolution 02-123 passed this 2nd day of December 2002.
