Dinnel moved and Reinke seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

RESOLUTION 02-025

RESOLUTION APPROVING HOSPITAL PROJECT CHANGE ORDER #6

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville that Hospital Project change order #6 as recommended by the Health Care Board, including items #1, #3, #4, #5, #7, #8, #9, and # 13 and in the aggregate amount of $7,575.00 be and is hereby approved and further that funds for said change order shall come from hospital project funds.

The above was put to a vote and the following were in favor of said resolution: Oakes, Reinke, Arndt, Dinnel, Dorry, and the following were against: Sellin, Berkner.

Resolution 02-025 passed this 18^th day of March 2002.
