Reinke moved and Dinnel seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

RESOLUTION 02-027

RESOLUTION HIRING SUMMER RECREATION DIRECTOR

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota, hereby hires Kari Henningson as Summer Recreation Director for the 2002 season for an amount of compensation to be negotiated by the Clerk-Administrator and the Park & Recreation Board.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Sellin, Reinke, Berkner, Arndt, Oakes, Dorry, Dinnel, and the following voted nay: none.

Resolution 02-027 passed this 18^th day of March 2002.
