Dinnel moved and Reinke seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

RESOLUTION 02-028

RESOLUTION HIRING POOL DIRECTOR

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota, hereby hires Rebekah Zahrbock as Pool Director for the 2002 season for an amount of compensation to be negotiated by the Clerk-Administrator and the Park & Recreation Board.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Sellin, Reinke, Berkner, Arndt, Oakes, Dorry, Dinnel, and the following voted nay: none.

Resolution 02-028 passed this 18^th day of March 2002.
