Reinke moved and Berkner seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

RESOLUTION 02-029

RESOLUTION APPROVING AIRPORT AGREEMENT

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that the agreement with Todd Verheul for the maintenance of the Ortonville Airport (“Agreement”) is hereby approved as follows:

1. That Agreement shall be for an annual amount of $10,000 paid in monthly increments $833.33.
2. That the Mayor and Clerk-Administrator are hereby authorized to sign said agreement.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Oakes, Reinke, Berkner, Sellin, Arndt, Dorry, Dinnel, and the following voted nay: none.

Resolution 02-029 passed this 1^st day of April 2002.
