Reinke moved and Oakes seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

RESOLUTION 02-031

RESOLUTION HIRING WATER SOFTENING PLANT PROJECT ENGINEER

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates be and is hereby hired to prepare plans & specifications for the Water Softening Plant project.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Dinnel, Reinke, Berkner, Oakes, Sellin, Arndt,  and the following voted nay: Dorry.

Resolution 01-031 passed this 1^st day of April 2002.
