Oakes moved and Reinke seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

RESOLUTION 02-033

RESOLUTION APPROVING DISBURSEMENT OF MOTEL TAX RECEIPTS

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that 95% of all lodging tax receipts collected for the 2002 year be hereby approved for disbursement to Prairie Waters Tourism.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Dinnel, Berkner, Reinke, Oakes, Dorry, and the following voted nay: Sellin, Arndt.

Resolution 02-033 passed this 1^st day of April 2002.
