Reinke moved and Berkner seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

RESOLUTION 02-037

RESOLUTION HIRING SEASONAL PARK EMPLOYEE

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota, hereby hires Matt Hipple as Seasonal Park employee for the 2002 season for $8.00 per hour.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Sellin, Reinke, Berkner, Arndt, Dinnel, and the following voted nay: Oakes.

Resolution 02-037 passed this 15^th day of April 2002.
