Dinnel moved and Reinke seconded that the following resolution be adopted:

RESOLUTION 02-055

RESOLUTION APPROVING RBEG GRANT APPLICATION

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ortonville, Minnesota that the application for the USDA Rural Development Rural Business Enterprise Grant (RBEG) which said grant money is to be used for the Telework Center project, is hereby authorized and approved and further  that the Mayor and/or Clerk-Administrator are hereby authorized to sign necessary documents for said RBEG application.

Upon roll call vote the following voted aye: Dinnel, Reinke, Sellin, Berkner, Dorry, and the following voted nay: none.

Resolution 02-055 passed this 3^rd day of June 2002.
