Reinke moved and Berkner seconded that
the following resolution be adopted:
RESOLUTION 02-016
RESOLUTION HIRING POLICE OFFICERS
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Ortonville, Minnesota, upon the recommendation of the Police Civil
Service Commission, hereby hires Gary Dinnel and Terry Wood as part-time
police officers and further that said personnel shall be paid based upon
the city’s adopted pay scale at Grade 6 Step 1.
Upon roll call vote the following
voted aye: Sellin, Reinke, Berkner, Dorry, Oakes, and the following voted
nay: Dinnel.

day of February 2002.
