VanOverbeke of DSI made arrangements for a meeting held in
Ortonville with the new State Historic Architect, Natascha Weiner,
in October. The main purpose of the meeting was to review the
current Small Cities Development grant projects and to discuss how
to move forward with the proposals.
Heritage
Preservation Commission members were also invited to the meeting for
discussion on rehab requirements by the State for buildings that are
either on the Register individually or part of an Historic District.
