Those that fall within the allowed link description noted
above and do not currently have a link on the City of Ortonville’s website
shall make a request in writing to the Community Development Coordinator
at 315 Madison Avenue South, Ortonville or at
eda@ortonville.net
The written request shall describe the organization or
entity’s mission.
The city reserves sole and exclusive right to determine
whether an organization or entity meets the criteria, and whether to
approve the link. The determination of links shall be made by the
Community Development Coordinator with the approval and review of the City
Clerk Administrator. An appeal to that determination may be filed in
writing with the Office of the City Clerk Administrator within twenty (20)
days of the determination. Appeals shall be decided by the City Council
within thirty (30) days of receipt of the written appeal. All decisions
of the City Council shall be final.
General
The laws of the State of Minnesota, and the United States
of America govern this agreement. If any part of this agreement is
determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement
shall continue in effect.
