Fairway View is an Assisted Living, Independent
Living and Memory Care facility located on the Ortonville Golf Course
which was built by the Ortonville Economic Development Authority (EDA) and
is managed by Ortonville Area Health Services. With the overwhelming
response that we have received, the Ortonville EDA has purchased 15 acres
between Fairway View, Northridge Residence and the Ortonville Hospital and
is currently researching a "Senior Living Campus" expansion to Fairway
View.
Northridge Residence
A 74-bed skilled care nursing home. Northridge Residence
was built in 1977 and opened in 1978 with facilities continuously
renovated to serve the various needs of our residents.
