6. Do RFP to get Columbian Hotel, Oddfellows building, Strege Recycling building, and Too Mad corner rehabilitated. Acquire property from Duane Ninneman so BSAG has control of all properties. Talk to investors about partnering to build a professional building on Too Mad corner and having the building design fit in with historic downtown.
